SITE RELATED QUESTIONS

1 - Why should I register?
By registering, you'll be able to participate actively to our community, receive some support and tips for your own site by posting in our forums but also you'll gain access to many many downloads, Web Templates, LDU Skins, Forums Skins...
As a registered member, you'll get access to a personalisable profile, a file upload system and you'll be able to contact other users by using private messages.

2 - Why am I redirected and it says "Access Denied"?
Your access to the site is restricted. You won't be able to download most of the files or post in the forums unless you register to the site. If you are already a member, please login.
During the registration process, please give all the required information especially a valid email adress that will permit to activate your account.
This process actually protect our work and we have a full control over the downloads we propose. The email registration is used for security reasons.

3 - I can't download anything, why?
Your access to the site is restricted. You have to submit just one (1) page to be able to download our files. These page can contain a web template with direct download link or can be a simple PHP tutorial.
Basically you can submit anything such as web templates, tutorials, a sig PSD, a wallpaper etc... Those examples
are exhaustive and you can submit any material you want in different categories.
Notice that the page needs to meet some kind of minimal quality to be validated by the admins. Once your first page is validated, you'll have a sufficient level to access to the downloads, we offer.

4 - I have troubles to login or to register, what can I do?
First check that you're registered to the site and that your name is correct! Make a search in the Memberlist.
Then make sure you activated cookie sessions in your internet browser.
If you can not solve the problem yourself, contact us in our support forum.
It is accessible for everyone including site visitors that are not registered yet. Just post and we will provide a solution as soon as possible.

5 - Am I allowed to do everything I want?
No! We will soon introduce you to our rules in order to keep this place organize and peacefull.

User Submition

1 - What can I submit?
You can submit your own Web Templates, LDU skins, Scripts, Tutorials, Graphics, etc... You can also submit your site URL. Just go to the submit page and look at the categories.
You can submit many things on our site as long as it is not illegal and that it is your own work or that you have the author's permission to submit his/her work.

2 - Who can submit?
Every single registered member can. If you aren't registered, your access to the site will be restricted, and you won't have a full use of it.

3 - How do I submit some material?
First, go to the category, your work belongs to. You can go to the site map to have an overview of the site stucture or ask for support in our forums if you're totally lost.
For example, if you submit a free template, just submit it in "Web Templates / Free Templates".

Then, go to: "Submit a new page"
This link is usually available on the left hand side menu and info boxes.

Once you're on the submission page, you have to enter a Title and a Description.
Notice that you may have to choose manually the category, you want to post in, if you don't access to the submission page from the category itself.

Enter the author's name, in most of the cases: you.

If you want to submit a Website, go to the Link Page and you should encouter a "Submit a Link Here"
click it, fill in the fields and you are done.

Remember that if your work, page or link don't apear in the site, its because it has to be aproved by a staff member first. Be pacient.

4 - How to link a file that the users will be able to download?
First, if you don't have any hosting server, you can upload your file (compressed files prefered) directly to our server. It is done using PFS (personal file system).
If you have already uploaded your file on the web, please ignore the PFS instructions.
Once you're file is ready, link it directly from our site. After step 3, check "File download?" to yes and complete the other information fields as asked. As mentionned previously, complete the "URL" field and link your file directly.
We won't validate any page that redirect to another site page or requires registration to download the file.

5 - Are we obliged to put a Description?
Well, I should say yes, but no you aren't. But i recomend you to put a small description of the content of the page or link, to help people know what is it about.

Other

1 - Can we affiliate with you?
Sure! The more the best, Pure Graphics is always looking for new affiliates! You must be a registered member in order to submit a link.

2 - We found some illegal material or a rip on your site, what should we do?
If it happens, just email us. Please give us as much detail as possible on the illegal activity. Our site page URL, the link to the original work or some other kind of proof are required as it is the least you can do.

3 - I submitted some material but it does not appear online, why?
Just wait at least few hours for the admins to check your submission. If it still does not appear after some time it means that your page was declined.
This means that either, you didn't complete all the fields or that the content is too poor and superficial to be accepted. If you submitted the required page for the download access rights and if it is refused, submit it again by improving its content and its formatting and by adding
images for example.
